Each piece is painted by hand in oil medium on canvas — not printed, not reproduced. The artist works in layers, building warmth into the surface until the beige glows and the gold catches. - Q: Does it arrive ready to hang, or do I need to frame it first? A: AURO Tullo arrives rolled in a protective tube. It is not pre-stretched or pre-framed. You will need to either take it to a framer or stretch it yourself onto canvas stretcher bars before hanging. A standard 50×70cm frame or stretcher bar set will fit it exactly.
- Q: Is this a print or an original hand-painted piece? A: It is a 100% original hand-painted oil painting — not a print, not a giclee, not a digital reproduction. Each piece is painted individually by hand, which means no two are identical. You are receiving an original work, not a copy.
- Q: Will the colours look the same as in the product photos? A: The palette — warm beige, soft grey and gold — will be consistent across all pieces. However, because each painting is made by hand, there will be natural variation in brushstroke placement and the distribution of gold. This is a feature of hand-painted work, not a flaw. Your piece will be unique.
- Q: Does the painting arrive with a smell from the paint or varnish? A: A faint paint or solvent smell is normal for hand-painted oil works and will dissipate within a few days of unpacking. Unbox in a ventilated room and allow the canvas to air for 24–48 hours before framing or hanging.

What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
