Free Shipping

All orders include free shipping — it's built into the price. No surprises at checkout.

How We Ship

We ship from fulfilment centres in the UK, EU and USA to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse based on your delivery address & product availability. 

We use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, USPS, DHL and local courier partners depending on your region like Australia Post.

Every Order Is Fully Covered

We've got you covered… literally.

Every AURO order is fully covered during shipping. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we take full responsibility — we'll cover the cost and reship your order, free of charge. No forms, no fuss.

Order Processing

We take 1 to 4 business days to carefully process and prepare your order before it ships, because we want to ensure the quality. We put it through what we call our AURO Quality Check.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. If there are any major changes, we will notify you via email with full transparency — always.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated window, please contact us at hello@byauro.com and we'll investigate and make it right.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped duty-paid. That means customs duties and import taxes are covered — you won't be hit with any surprise charges on delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your delivery in real time through our tracking page. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, just get in touch at hello@byauro.com and we'll chase it up for you.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it hasn't arrived and tracking has stopped updating, contact us at hello@byauro.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
