Our Warranty Promise

At AURO, we source our products from carefully selected manufacturers across the world. Because each product comes from a different supplier, warranty periods vary — typically ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product. The exact warranty duration for each item is stated on its individual product page.

Before any order reaches you, it passes through our warehouse quality check — so by the time it arrives, it’s been inspected and confirmed to meet our standards. If a manufacturing defect does appear during the warranty period, we’ll handle the claim directly on your behalf.


What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical faults present at the time of delivery
  • Components that fail under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions
  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts or liquid exposure
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Products modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorised party

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period:

When getting in touch, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the fault
  3. Photos or video clearly showing the defect

We will assess your claim and, where valid, offer a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion — in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Your Statutory Rights

This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product fails to meet these standards within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund. Within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
