- Dust lightly with a soft, dry cloth — do not use wet cloths, sprays, or chemical cleaners directly on the painted surface.
- Hang away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and heat sources to preserve colour and canvas stability.
- Do not hang in bathrooms, kitchens above steam sources, or other high-moisture environments.
- If minor canvas warping occurs, lightly mist the back of the canvas with water and allow to dry flat — this usually corrects the tension.
- The painted sides may be touched up with a matching acrylic paint if scuffed during installation.

- Q: Is this a print or an actual hand-painted original? A: It is a 100% hand-painted original — not a print, not a giclee reproduction. Each piece is painted individually, which means the brushwork, texture, and tonal variation on your piece are unique. No two are identical.
- Q: Will my painting look exactly like the product photo? A: The composition and palette — charcoal, mid-grey, and white — will be consistent, but because each piece is hand-painted, there will be natural variation in brushstroke placement and texture. This is a feature, not a flaw. You are receiving an original, not a copy.
- Q: Does it arrive with a smell from the paint? A: A faint paint or solvent smell is normal for hand-painted oil and acrylic works and will dissipate within a few days of unpacking. Unbox in a ventilated room and allow the piece to air for 24–48 hours before hanging.
- Q: Can it be hung in any orientation — landscape or portrait? A: The painting is designed to be hung vertically (portrait orientation) as shown. The composition is built around a vertical format. Hanging it horizontally will alter the intended balance of the piece.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days because we do a detailed 'AURO Quality Check' before shipping. Our warehouses are open Monday to Saturday for processing.
Delivery typically takes 6 to 14 business days, inclusive of the processing time - depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We deliver to the UK, US, and Australia.

How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.

Once it's dispatched, we can't modify it, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

My tracking hasn't updated, should I be worried?
