A retro industrial wall sconce built from forged metal and frosted glass, designed to live outdoors and look better for it.
The form is deliberate. A wide-brimmed metal shade sits over a frosted glass diffuser, casting warm, even light across the wall and the ground below. The black finish is matte and considered — the kind of thing that reads as intentional against rendered walls, timber cladding, or bare brick. It does not try to disappear. It earns its place.
IP65 rated and built for AC 85–265V, the Smid works in every climate and on every circuit. The built-in LED runs at 18W or 30W with a 50,000-hour lifespan — that is over a decade of nightly use before anything needs replacing. Dimmer compatible. Five-year warranty.

How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
