- Wipe the travertine body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials directly on the stone — travertine is porous and can absorb liquids.
- Wipe the aluminium base and mount with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry immediately.
- Disconnect from power before cleaning.
- Indoor use only. Do not install in bathrooms, kitchens, or any area exposed to moisture or steam.
- The integrated LED does not require replacement. If the lamp stops functioning within the warranty period, contact AURO support.

- Q: Will my Tove look exactly like the one in the photos?
A: No — and that is intentional. Travertine is a natural stone, and every piece has its own veining pattern, tonal variation, and surface texture. Your lamp will be similar in form and colour range, but unique in its exact appearance. This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. - Q: Does this lamp work with my existing dimmer switch?
A: The Tove is dimmable, but it requires a compatible LED dimmer — either leading-edge (also called TRIAC) or trailing-edge (also called ELV). Standard incandescent dimmers may cause flickering or buzzing. If you are unsure which type you have, check the dimmer's packaging or consult an electrician before installing. - Q: Does the lamp get hot during use?
A: The 10W integrated LED produces very little heat. The aluminium mount acts as a passive heat sink, keeping the body cool during normal operation. The travertine surface remains safe to touch. - Q: Is 2700K too yellow for a modern interior?
A: Not with a CRI of 90. Lower CRI warm-white LEDs can look muddy or orange because they render colours poorly. At CRI 90, the 2700K output is clean, accurate, and warm — the same quality used in high-end hospitality and residential lighting. It works equally well in neutral, white, and dark-walled interiors.

Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
