The warm glow of an exposed filament bulb, held inside a geometric aluminium frame and thick clear glass, turns an entrance, courtyard, or garden path into somewhere that feels considered.
The Caden is built from die-cast aluminium — heavy, precise, and finished in a deep matte tone that weathers without fading. The glass panels are thick and optically clear, designed to let the light breathe rather than diffuse it into something flat. At night, the filament glows like a lantern. In daylight, the clean rectangular frame holds its own as a piece of architecture.
Rated IP65, the Caden is fully sealed against dust and direct water jets — built for walls that face the weather, not just covered porches. The universal 85–265V input means it works straight out of the box in the UK, US, and Australia, with no adapters or rewiring required.

- Q: Will condensation form inside the glass? A: The Caden is rated IP65, which means the housing is fully sealed against dust and water jets. In extreme temperature swings — very cold nights after warm days — minor condensation can briefly appear on the glass exterior, which is normal and clears quickly. Condensation inside a properly sealed IP65 fixture is not expected under normal conditions.
- Q: What bulb should I use to get that warm filament look? A: The Caden uses a standard E27 lamp holder and is designed to showcase filament-style LED bulbs. A 4W–6W warm white (2200K–2700K) E27 filament LED gives the best visual result — the clear glass panels frame the bulb rather than diffuse it, so the filament becomes part of the aesthetic. Max supported wattage is 60W equivalent.
- Q: Can I use a smart bulb like a Philips Hue E27 in this fixture? A: Yes. The E27 holder is compatible with any standard E27 smart bulb. The fixture itself has no built-in dimmer or controller — all smart functionality comes from the bulb. Ensure the smart bulb you choose is rated for outdoor use or is enclosed within the sealed glass housing (which it is in this fixture).
- Q: Is it suitable for a fully exposed wall — no porch or overhang? A: Yes. IP65 is specifically rated for fully exposed outdoor locations, including direct rain and coastal environments. It is the standard recommended for exterior walls without shelter. The Caden is designed for exactly this application.

How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
