Cast from aluminium and finished in a deep matte black, the Kobb is built for the outdoors without looking like it belongs there by obligation. The IP65-rated housing keeps rain, dust, and the full range of seasons outside where they belong. The integrated 7W LED washes the wall with a soft, even glow — warm, cool, or natural white depending on your preference — and with a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours, it will still be lighting your entrance long after you've stopped thinking about it.

- Q: Is 7W bright enough for practical outdoor use, or is it mainly decorative?
A: The Kobb is designed for ambient and accent lighting rather than flood illumination. At 7W with a polycarbonate diffuser, it produces a soft, even wash of light suitable for entrance lighting, pathway marking, and facade ambience. For a well-lit front door or garden wall, one unit on each side of the entrance is the recommended approach. It is not intended to replace a security floodlight. - Q: If the integrated LED fails, do I need to replace the whole fixture?
A: The LED module is integrated and not user-replaceable. However, with a rated lifespan of 50,000 hours, running at 8 hours per night, the LED is designed to last over 17 years before any failure is expected. The fixture also carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects. - Q: Can I use this with a dusk-to-dawn or motion sensor switch?
A: Yes. Because the Kobb is a standard hardwired fixture operating on AC 85–265V, it is fully compatible with any external dusk-to-dawn timer switch or PIR motion sensor switch installed at the wall switch position. The sensor does not need to be built into the fixture itself — any compatible wall switch will work.

How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.
