Some lights illuminate a space. The Bue changes it. Mounted beside a front door, above a garage, or along a garden wall, its sweeping arc silhouette casts a wide, even wash of warm light downward — the kind of light that makes a house look considered, not just lit.
Formed from die-cast aluminium with a matte black finish, the Bue is built to stay. Its IP65 rating means rain, sleet, and coastal air are not a concern. The 18W integrated LED runs at Ra90 colour rendering — close enough to daylight that the colours of your facade, your planting, and your stonework read true, even at night.
The arc form is deliberate. It draws the eye upward and outward, framing the wall rather than interrupting it. Available in warm white (3000K) or cool white (6000K), it works equally well against pale render, dark brick, or natural timber cladding. A single fitting. A complete statement.

- Q: Which direction does the light face — does it cast light downward, upward, or both?
A: The Bue casts light downward and forward in a wide fan spread. The arc form directs the beam toward the ground and outward from the wall, providing broad illumination across a driveway, path, or facade without any upward light spill. - Q: Can I use this with an existing PIR motion sensor switch, or does it need a dedicated sensor fitting?
A: The Bue is compatible with an external PIR sensor switch wired in-line at the wall. It does not have a built-in sensor, so you can pair it with any standard PIR switch (sold separately) to add motion activation — or simply run it from a standard on/off switch or timer. - Q: What size back box does it mount to — is it compatible with a standard UK single gang back box?
A: The Bue mounts directly to the wall surface with its own fixing plate (293mm wide × 91mm deep). It does not require a back box — the cable exits through the wall and connects inside the fitting. A standard 25mm or 35mm dry-lining back box can be used behind the plate if preferred.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
