Mounted flush against the wall, its iron body holds a fabric drum shade that rotates 330° — up, down, left, right — until the light lands exactly where you want it. Beside the bed for reading. The body is cast iron, finished in matte black. The shade is a soft white drum of fabric — warm and diffused, the kind of light that makes a room feel inhabited rather than illuminated. At 10W and 2700K, it throws a soft warm white that settles into a space rather than announcing itself. The rotation mechanism is firm and deliberate — it holds its position. You set it once and it stays.

- Q: Is this hardwired or plug-in? A: The Ravn is hardwired — it connects directly to your wall wiring with no plug or trailing cord. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable working with mains wiring.
- Q: Does the rotation mechanism lock in place, or will it drift over time? A: The 330° rotation mechanism is designed to hold its set position firmly. It does not drift — once you angle the shade, it stays there until you manually adjust it again.
- Q: What voltage does this lamp support — will it work in the UK or Australia? A: The Ravn is rated for 110–120V only. It is compatible with standard US wiring. It is not compatible with UK or Australian 230V mains without a step-down voltage converter, which is not included.
- Q: Is the bulb included, or do I need to purchase one separately? A: The Ravn uses an E26 bulb base. A bulb is not included — you will need to purchase a suitable E26 LED bulb separately. We recommend a warm white (2700K) LED bulb at 10W or below for best results.

What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
