- Wipe the resin body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or solvents — these will damage the resin surface.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — extended UV exposure may cause slight colour shift in resin over time.
- Indoor use only. Not suitable for high-humidity environments — the lamp has no IP rating.
- Do not attempt to replace the integrated LED — it is not a user-serviceable component. Contact AURO support if the LED fails within the warranty period.

- Q: Does this lamp require a qualified electrician to install? A: Yes. The Rille is a hardwired wall lamp — it connects directly to your home's mains wiring. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. It is not a plug-in lamp.
- Q: Can I use this lamp with a dimmer switch? A: No. The Rille's integrated LED is not dimmable. It operates at full brightness only, controlled by a standard wall switch. A dimmer switch will not work with this lamp.
- Q: Does the resin body get hot during use? A: No. The Rille uses a 5W integrated LED, which produces very little heat. The resin body remains cool to the touch during normal use — even after several hours of continuous operation.
- Q: Is the lamp suitable for a bathroom? A: The Rille has no IP rating and is not certified for wet or humid environments. We recommend using it only in dry indoor spaces — bedrooms, hallways, and living rooms.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return policy?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.

Once it's dispatched, we can't modify it, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

My tracking hasn't updated, should I be worried?
No. International tracking can take 3-5 days to refresh after dispatch, especially during customs processing. If it hasn't moved after 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it up for you.
