- Q: Is the glass globe included, or do I need to buy it separately? A: The frosted glass globe is included with the fixture. The only item not included is the E14 bulb — we recommend a warm white LED (3500K) at up to 15W.
- Q: Is this hardwired or does it come with a plug? A: The Kugle is a hardwired wall-mount fixture. It connects directly to your wall wiring — there is no plug or cord. If you're unsure about installation, we recommend using a qualified electrician.
- Q: Can it be used in a bathroom? A: Yes. The Kugle is suitable for bathroom use as well as bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and dining rooms.
- Q: Does it work with a dimmer switch? A: No — the Kugle is not compatible with dimmer switches. It is controlled by a standard wall switch. If you want dimmable light, ensure you use a dimmable E14 bulb and a compatible dimmable switch.
- Q: Will the glass globe get hot during use? A: With an LED bulb at 15W, the glass globe remains cool to the touch during normal use. LED bulbs generate significantly less heat than halogen equivalents.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
