- Q: Does the fabric shade get hot — is there a fire risk? A: No. The Glød uses an E14 LED bulb at 5–10W, which produces very little heat. The fabric shade remains cool to the touch during normal use.
- Q: Is this hardwired or does it come with a plug? A: The Glød is a hardwired wall-mount fixture. It connects directly to your wall wiring — there is no plug or cord. If you're unsure about installation, we recommend using a qualified electrician.
- Q: What bulb does it take, and is one included? A: It takes an E14 base bulb, maximum 40W. A bulb is not included. We recommend a warm white LED (2700K) at 5–10W to match the fixture's intended atmosphere.
- Q: Can it be used in a bathroom? A: Yes. The Glød is designed for bathroom use as well as bedrooms, living rooms, and hallways.
- Q: Does it work with a dimmer switch? A: No — the Glød is not compatible with dimmer switches. It is controlled by a standard wall switch.

Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
