The AURO Fenn is a slender metal stick lamp with a warm linen cylindrical shade — the kind of object that looks considered from across the room and quietly beautiful up close. The body is matte black metal, slim and architectural — a single vertical line that draws the eye upward to the shade. The cylindrical linen shade diffuses the warm LED glow into something soft and even, without hotspots or glare. At full brightness, it fills a room with warmth. Dimmed low, it becomes the last light of the evening — the one you leave on when everything else goes off.

- Q: How bright is 300 lumens — is it enough for reading? A: The Fenn is designed for ambient and mood lighting, not task reading. At 300lm it creates a warm, even glow ideal for bedside, dining, and living room use. For focused reading, a dedicated task lamp is recommended alongside it.
- Q: Can the linen shade be replaced if it gets damaged? A: The cylindrical linen shade is removable. Replacement shades of the same cylindrical form factor are widely available from lighting retailers if needed.
- Q: Does the touch dimmer cycle back to full brightness, or does it turn off after the lowest level? A: The Fenn has 3 brightness levels. Touching cycles: off → level 1 → level 2 → level 3 → off. It does not loop from low back to high — a single touch from any level turns it off, then back on at full brightness.
- Q: Will the linen shade yellow or discolour over time from the heat of the bulb? A: No. The LED light source produces very little heat compared to incandescent or halogen bulbs. The linen shade is safe for long-term use and will not discolour or degrade from the lamp's operating temperature.

Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.
