A solid copper cylinder, wall-mounted, casting a soft glow upward and downward in equal measure. The kind of light that makes a room feel like it was designed, not assembled.
The body is solid copper. The shade is brass. Together they form a cylinder of 8cm diameter and 35cm height — slender enough to sit flush against a bedhead wall, substantial enough to hold its presence in a double-height hallway or above a hotel-style console. The integrated 10W LED runs at 2700K — a deep, amber warmth that flatters skin, softens edges, and turns an ordinary evening into something worth staying in for.
The Torni is hardwired and switch-controlled. It belongs to the wall permanently — not as an afterthought, but as a considered architectural element. The copper body will develop a natural patina over time, deepening from bright gold toward a richer, more complex amber. It does not age. It matures.

It operates at full brightness only, controlled via the wall switch it is hardwired to. If dimming is important to you, pair it with a smart switch that supports LED dimming on the circuit level.
- Q: Does the copper body get hot during use? A: The 10W LED generates minimal heat compared to incandescent or halogen equivalents. The copper body may feel slightly warm to the touch after extended use — this is normal and safe. The body does not reach temperatures that would cause discomfort or risk.
- Q: Will the copper finish tarnish or change colour over time? A: Yes — copper is a living material. Over time it will develop a natural patina, shifting from bright gold toward a warmer, deeper amber tone. This is a characteristic of the material and is considered desirable by most buyers. If you prefer to maintain the original bright finish, wipe periodically with a dry cloth and avoid moisture or chemical contact.
- Q: Is professional installation required, or can I install this myself? A: The Torni is a hardwired wall lamp — it connects directly to your home's electrical wiring and does not plug into a socket. How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.
