A forged iron arm — shaped into the form of leaves and stems, finished in antique brass — holds a white fabric shade at exactly the height a wall lamp should sit. When the light comes on, the shade glows warm and even. The iron arm casts a shadow behind it. The wall becomes part of the lamp.
The botanical detail is not applied decoration. It is the arm itself — forged into the shape of a branch, with leaves that catch the light differently depending on the angle. - Q: Can I use an LED bulb instead of halogen? A: Yes. The Lehto uses an E14 bulb base rated to MAX 40W. A standard E14 LED bulb (typically 4–6W, equivalent to 40W halogen) fits and works correctly. We recommend a 2700K–3000K warm white LED for the best light quality through the fabric shade.
- Q: Is the brass finish real brass, or is it a painted coating? A: The Lehto's finish is an antique brass coating applied to the iron body — it is not solid brass. The coating is designed to deepen and develop character over time rather than chip or peel under normal indoor use.
- Q: Can I use this lamp with a dimmer switch? A: The Lehto is controlled by a standard wall switch and is not natively dimmable. However, if you install a compatible LED dimmer switch and use a dimmable E14 LED bulb, the lamp will respond to dimming. Ensure any dimmer switch is rated for LED loads.
- Q: Does the shade arrive pre-assembled, or does it need to be attached? A: The shade and arm arrive as separate components and require simple assembly before installation. No specialist tools are needed — the shade attaches to the arm with a standard fitting. Full instructions are included.
- Q: Is this a hardwired lamp or does it plug into a socket? A: The Lehto is a hardwired wall lamp — it connects directly to your home's mains wiring. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. It is not a plug-in lamp.

How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
