The Fjord casts its light softly outward through the glass — a warm 3500K glow that fills the space around it rather than pointing at it. The integrated LED means no bulb to source, no compatibility to worry about. It arrives ready. You mount it. The room changes.

- Wipe the glass body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or chemical cleaners, which may scratch or cloud the glass surface.
- For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap. Dry immediately with a soft cloth — do not allow moisture to sit on the glass.
- Disconnect from the wall switch before cleaning.
- Indoor use only. Do not install in bathrooms, kitchens near sinks, or any high-humidity environment.
- The integrated LED is not user-replaceable. If the LED fails outside the warranty period, contact AURO support.

- Q: Does this lamp require a qualified electrician to install? A: Yes. The Fjord is a hardwired wall lamp — it connects directly to your home's mains wiring. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. It is not a plug-in lamp.
- Q: Can I use this lamp with a dimmer switch? A: No. The Fjord's integrated LED is not dimmable. It operates at full brightness only, controlled by a standard wall switch (not included).
- Q: Does the glass shade get hot during use? A: No. The Fjord uses a 3W integrated LED, which produces negligible heat. The glass body remains cool to the touch even after extended use.
- Q: What is the colour temperature — is it warm or cool white? A: The Fjord is available in three colour temperatures: 3500K (warm white), 4100K (neutral white), and 6000K (daylight). The 3500K warm white is the most popular choice for bedrooms and living rooms.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@byauro.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge — no hassle, no back and forth.
How do I know what size to choose?
Every product page lists exact dimensions for each option. For wall art, your piece should fill roughly two-thirds of the wall space above your furniture — measure the width and multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. Hang it with the centre at eye level, around 150cm from the floor.
For lighting, a simple rule used by top designers: add your room's length and width in metres, multiply by 2.5, and that gives you the ideal fixture width in centimetres.
Pendants over a dining table should hang 75-90cm above the table surface.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions. Our products are produced to match the listing images as closely as possible.

Once it's dispatched, we can't modify it, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy.

My tracking hasn't updated, should I be worried?
